Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (when available) so you can follow your package.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Crissy Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
